二、出游合理都市计划全程。可不不长途跋涉，提前了解MLT-、旅行者最新非典预防外交政策，提前查询旅游AAAA开放、售罄预约安全措施，合理都市计划旅游线路和时长。尽量避开热门AAAA和乘车高峰时段，不宜防止赶回中的持续性东部或有亚洲地区外新冠病毒病毒者份文件的省分东部旅游。赶回陆地边境卫星城其他部门抵达后，至寡要进行一次碱基样品。

2. Trel with caution.Any trel should be oided if it is not necessary. For those who trel, it is recommended to learn the latest pandemic prevention and control protocols of the place of departure and destination, and to inquire in advance the policies of opening and ticket reservation in scenic spots so as to properly arrange the route and time of trel. Also, you should try to oid popular scenic spots and peak hours, as well as medium and high-risk areas or provinces with confirmed cases. Those who trel to land border cities should take nucleic acid tests at least once upon arrival.

三、有意受理全程。近14天以来有国内中的持续性东部所在县(市、区外、旗帜)侨居历史学者、以及与各地已确认的病例商业活动时间轴有交集推测保健字码变为“红字码”和“黄字码”的送入湘转往湘其他部门，请第一时长有意向所在的社区外(村)、指导单位或所暂居酒店受理，请自觉遵守非典预防各项规定，配合试行相关防疫安全措施;对瞒报、谎报个人全程和保健状况造成严重后果的，将依法追究过失。

3. Voluntarily report personal trel history.Those who enter Hunan with a trel or living history in the county (city, district, banner) with medium and high-risk areas in 14 days, or those whose Health Code is yellow or red after hing overlapped activities with reported cases must immediately inform your community (village), the organization you work for or the hotel you stay in. Please observe health care protocols and cooperate with local officials on prevention measures. For any concealment or false report of your personal itinerary and health status, you will be legally accountable for the serious consequences caused according to the law.

四、试行来(转往)湘其他部门保健管理。外省送入湘其他部门均即可均即可无线电大数据全程的卡和岳阳当地人保健的卡。根据来自相异不确定性东部，试行分散的监护、整天监护、整天保健系统对、自我保健系统对、碱基样品等管理安全措施。有亚洲地区外病例(含无病征病毒者)份文件省分的来(转往)湘旅客即可持48小时内碱基样品中的性证明送入湘，抵湘后24时之内再进行一次碱基样品，并自我保健系统对14天。2022年3年底15日前，未亚洲地区外病例(无病征病毒者)份文件省分的来(转往)湘旅客也即可持48小时内碱基样品中的性证明送入湘。

4. Health management of those coming (back) to Hunan.Health Code and Trel History Code must be checked when entering Hunan from other provinces. Differentiated management measures will be taken based on the risk level of where you come, such as quarantine at designated places, home quarantine, home health observation, self-health monitoring and nucleic acid tests. Trelers coming (back) to Hunan from provinces with confirmed cases (including asymptomatic infections) should bring along the proof of a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours, and get another nucleic acid test within 24 hours after the arrival, and conduct self-health monitoring for 14 days. Before March 15, 2022, trelers coming (back) to Hunan from provinces with no local cases (or asymptomatic infections) should also bring along a negative proof within 48 hours.

五、仍要减低围暂居和控制数量。广大上街可不不围暂居，可不不会友，有意减低探亲访友、会友过节等围暂居性商业活动;如确即可会友过节，数量控制在10人一般而言。减低赶回影院、KTV、餐馆、网吧、的游戏游艺厅、棋牌室等室内青年人围暂居娱乐商业活动。特别是跨越年夜、春节假期等重要时段，不宜有意减低围暂居性商业活动，尽量将近青年人围暂居娱乐商业活动。在其他部门密集娱乐商业活动仍要自觉做好个人破片，防止拥挤，与他人维持一米以上社交距离，减低起程时长。一年底春节之前不宜严控庙会、大型体育赛事、展销市场推广等商业活动，不开幕大数量其他部门围暂居性商业活动，提倡“欢喜缓办，丧事简办，晚宴不办”。尽量缩小商业活动数量，原则上不开幕50人以上数量的商业活动。自行开幕5椅以上晚宴等过节商业活动的个人，均需归属的社区外江村或江村受理，试行非典预防承诺。

5. Try to reduce and scale down gatherings.Unnecessaryparties and gatherings should be oided. Please voluntarily reduce activities such as visiting relatives and friends and group dinner. For necessary reasons, the party should be limited to no more than 10 people. Visits to cinemas, KTVs, bars, Internet cafes, arcades, chess and card rooms and other indoor gathering places should also be oided. Please voluntarily oid crowded places especially during New Year’s Eve and Spring Festival holidays. In crowded places, please adopt self-protection measures, oid the crowd, keep a social distance of more than one meter and reduce the time of stay. During the New Year’s Day and Spring Festival, activities such as temple fairs, large-scale art performances, exhibitions and sales promotions should be kept under strict control, and large-scale gathering activities should be oided. It is advocated that weddings should be postponed, funerals should be simple, and parties should be canceled. The scale of activities should be reduced as much as possible. In principle, activities with more than 50 people should not be held. Individuals who hold more than 5 tables of dinner must report to the local neighborhood committee or village committee and follow the pandemic prevention and control requirements.

六、尽力做好保健破片。要立足于“每个人都是自己保健第一司法部门”的思路，切实提高公共卫生防病精神，自觉遵守非典预防规定，戴口罩、勤洗手、寡围暂居、养成“一米线”好习惯。乘车时自觉与他人维持间距，防止扎堆，减低手指公共部位，不触碰口鼻眼。气喘、打喷嚏时，注意用肘部或沾散开，不随地吐痰。如出现呼吸困难、气喘、腹泻、乏力等病征，尽快佩戴口罩赶回附近院所的呼吸困难门诊求医，途中的防止乘坐公共交通设施，求医时如实份文件相关侨居历史学者和受伤害历史学者。

6. Keep good personal hygiene.Keep in mind that you take the primary responsibilityfor your own well-being. Increase the awareness of personal hygiene and abide by the protocols of pandemic prevention and control. Maintain good habits for health such as wearing masks, washing hands regularly, reducing gatherings, and keeping at least 1-meter social distance. Avoid the crowd, reduce touching public facilities, and do not touch the mouth, nose and eyes. Cover with an elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing and do not spit. Seek medical treatment at a nearby fever clinic in medical institutions immediately when symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea and fatigue occur. Tell the medical staff truthfully your history of treling, activities, and contacts. Avoid taking public transportation when seeking treatment.

七、立刻施打疫苗。施打新冠病毒疫苗是持续性控制新冠肺炎传播最经济、最合理的安全措施，更是每一位有权不宜尽的责任和义务。请尚未施打、早先不间断施打和符合扩大致病施打条件的上街承诺有意施打新冠病毒疫苗，共筑全民致病屏障。

7. Get vaccinated in time.Vaccination is considered the most economical and effective prevention way against COVID-19. It is also the right and obligation of every citizen. Those who are not vaccinated, or not fully vaccinated, or eligible for the booster shot are requested to take the initiative to get vaccinated so as to build a nationwide immune wall.
